Do you accept orders over the telephone?

Yes. Please email or call us to get exact product and shipping costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use VISA, MasterCard, DISCOVER, American Express, and PayPal on our on-line store. If ordering by telephone, you can use VISA, MasterCard, DISCOVER, and American Express. We also accept personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks. Personal checks need to clear the bank before merchandise will be sent.

Most orders ship same day to two business days of order date. We will email you when the order ships.

Shipping and Delivery
What companies do you use for shipping?
The majority of our shipping is handled through UPS. We may also use USPS, FedEx or common carrier.
How long does it take to get my products?
Most orders ship same day to two business days of the order date. Ship time is one to four business days depending on where you live. Merchandise is shipped from Minnesota.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to international locations, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.
Where do I see my shipping charges for the order I am placing?
You can see your shipping charges when viewing the 'Shopping Cart' screen and when in the 'Checkout' screen. Both screens show you shipping charges before you process the order.
Returns
What is your refund and return policy?
Full refund of product price within 30 days.
How do I return an item and get a refund?
Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA number). After getting the RMA number, include it with the merchandise and send the merchandise in the original packaging to:

When we receive the merchandise, the purchase price (minus shipping) will be refunded to you.
Who pays the shipping fees on returned items?
The customer pays shipping fees on returned items.
What do I do if items are missing or damaged?
We stand behind our products. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to replace or credit merchandise that is missing or damaged. If the damaged merchandise needs to be returned, we will be responsible for the returned shipping costs.

What are unsealed hinges?
This is where the clear plastic overlay on the outside of an album is not attached to the album at the spine hinges. This allows you to display your graphics on a one piece wrap-around insert.
What are sealed hinges?
This is where the clear plastic overlay on the outside of an album is attached to the album at the spine hinges. You will need inserts for the front, back and spine of your album. The three piece inserts are usually more economical than the larger one piece wrap around inserts.
What is a 'C-Shell'?
Same as a 'Clam-Shell'.
What is a 'Clam-Shell'?
This is a type of plastic CD or DVD case that is sealed at one edge and clamps together.
What is an Overlay?
The clear plastic on the outside of an album that you can slide your graphical insert behind.
What is an O-Card?
A printable cardboard sleeve for an audio cassette.
What is a J-Card?
A J-Card is a 'J' shaped paper insert for an audio cassette case.
What is a Front Card?
An insert that sits in the front of a CD jewel case.
What is a Tray Card?
An insert that goes under the tray in a CD jewel case and wraps around both edges.
What affect does weather have on vinyl products?
Vinyl products shipped in cold weather are fragile. Albums should be acclimated to room temperature before cartons are opened and albums are used.
What weight of paper should be used for inserts?
Inserts should be printed on 70 - 100 lb. enamel text stock, coated on both sides.
